The Walking Dead’Cast: Episode 113, Season 3 rewatch, Part 2… plus some other tidbits

The Walking Dead’Cast

If you read this blog on any sort of regular basis, then you know of my affinity and close affiliation with Jason and Karen of The Walking Dead’Cast.  Not only have I had the pleasure of being a guest of their’s four times in the past year and a half or so, but last week I had the distinct honor of filling in for J & K as host while they took a much deserved vacation from their high-falutin’ mega-podcasting lifestyles.  I also had the awesome pleasure of introducing a new player…. a new voice to the ever expanding roster of guests on TWD’Cast… my lovely eleven year old daughter, Maggie.

Jason and Karen prerecorded their segment on the back half of the third season, while Maggie and I simply read the news, some listener moans, groans, and grunts, and tried our best to finally spill the beans on how Jason and Karen met, only to be foiled in the post-production.  She was a trooper and made me proud… the voice of the future can be heard now on either iTunes or by following this link.

Now… if you’ve followed that link, you will notice a few changes to their website.  Today they have unveiled a completely new design… plus (and this is a biggie), the nomination process has begun for the Podcast Awards.  Please take a few moments to help… all you have to do is to follow this link, and nominate The Walking Dead’Cast for both Entertainment and Best Produced.  Do not nominate them in any other categories as that will simply split the vote.  They produce one of the best, and well produced, podcasts out there and deserve some recognition for the incredible quality they put out consistently and, always for free.  It will only take a few moments of your time, and you will be showing your support for two fantastic podcasters… and it would mean the world to me to have some of my readers help them out.

So… once again… visit to check out their new site and to listen to the latest episode featuring your’s truly and my wonderful spawn… and head over to to nominate The Walking Dead’Cast for best Entertainment and Best Produced.

Plus… you should check out for information on the huge zombie convention happening November 1-3 in Atlanta, GA.  Not only will Jason and Karen be moderating a number of panels, but many stars of The Walking Dead and other zombie franchises will be attending… as will Mrs. Blahg and myself.  So come meet me… meet Jason and Karen… and meet a star or two.

Thanks in advance… and look forward to my weekly reviews of The Walking Dead beginning October 13th.

Thanks… and remember… don’t get bit!
Cornelius J. Blahg
